Overview
The Corporate Development Programme (CDP) aims to attract, deploy, develop and retain high calibre entry level talent, to meet strategic EMEA talent pipeline targets for Operations, Finance & Business Services and Technology. This is achieved by:
- Optimising the CDP brand proposition in conjunction with other LOB recruiters and graduate marketing
- Accurate recruitment messages to attract talent onto the programme and ensure retention of talent recruited
- Ensuring a robust and fair selection process based on business’s needs (CDP Competencies) to ensure quality and suitability of pipeline
- LOB Client Management and engagement in recruitment and selection
- Managing the supply and demand for analysts and interns – ensure hiring targets are met
Role Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will have responsibility and accountability for:
CDP Selection Process
• Working with the rest of the Operations & Business Services relationship unit team, manage the end to end recruitment delivery for designated LOB including:
o Building strong links with the business, gaining buy-in and influencing the business to ensure engagement in recruitment and selection activities
o Managing and validating the interviewers and assessors – tracking participation, reporting to the business and running all training sessions across the country
o Developing strong relationships with the business, accurate and regular reporting, attending LOB meetings etc
o Managing the supply and demand of graduates and interns onto the programme
o Ensuring the selection process is robust and fair and delivering the quality required
o Attending selection events (interview days and assessment centres) and facilitating hiring decisions across all locations
o Overseeing candidate application database and ensuring overall strong candidate experiences
o Working with recruitment manager to ensure defined end to end recruitment and selection processes.
o Oversee defined recruitment processes, the linkage between team members and other stakeholders and ownership of specific process areas
o Responsible for shared services query management delivery on the recruitment side and second line support
o Day to day management of recruitment coordinator
• Working with the recruitment manager to provide support and input for the CDP EMEA marketing campaign including:
o Initiating and managing strategic and tactical activities to meet the recruitment demand
o Validation of and input to the EMEA marketing campaign
o Review and refresh of all marketing materials for the new campaign
o Partnering with the university teams to help define and execute their strategy
o Building relationships with specific target universities
o Attending corporate and CDP specific events across the UK with some European trips likely
o Working on the diversity and early identification strategies and execution to ensure strong pipeline onto the programme
